Alan Eugene Dutcher

Alan Eugene Dutcher, age 64, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Born in Regensburg, Germany, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Marla (Lang) Dutcher. In addition to this parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Dutcher of Savannah, Georgia.
Alan was a longtime member of the Boilermakers Union #26 and Pipefitters Union #188. He was an avid sports enthusiast. His favorite game was football and his favorite teams were the Georgia Bulldogs and the Steelers. However, for several years he played travel soft ball with Thompson Sporting Goods.
Alan is survived by his son, Matthew Dutcher; sisters, Renata Crow and Arlene (Danny) Smith; brother, Norman Dutcher; and several nieces and nephews.
A private service for the family will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022.
