Cathy Lynn Lamberd
March 14, 1958 — January 12, 2023
Cathy Lynn Lamberd , age 64, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Memorial Health University in Savannah, Ga.
Cathy was a nurse for 30 years having begun her career at Bulloch Memorial Hospital and eventually moving to East Georgia Regional Hospital after it was completed. She enjoyed working in all areas of care, but labor and delivery was her favorite. Cathy also enjoyed reading and spending time with her 10 grandchildren.
Cathy joined Believers Church in 2011.
Survivors include her husband, Erik Lamberd; children, Tia Jade Hendley and James Quinton Hendley; 10 grandchildren; and her sisters, April Rushing and Patricia Rodrigues-Feo.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Cathy Lamberd will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Deal Funeral Directors with Pastor Scott Moore officiating.
The family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House
