Jan-Arne "Skipper" Lloyd Coleman

Jan-Arne Lloyd Coleman, affectionately known as Skipper to those who loved him,  passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021 surrounded by his devoted family.

Jan-Arne retired from Keen Transport. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting. But spending time with his family was the most important aspect of his life.

Jan-Arne is survived by his children; Justin Coleman (Annalee) of Metter, Georgia, and Jan-Arne Coleman, Jr. (Little Skip) of Metter, Georgia; his mother, Donna Cobb (Steve) of Indianapolis; his father, Donald Coleman (Linda) of Savannah, Georgia; one grandchild, Landon Coleman; and his brothers, Lloyd Bane (Britny) of Indianapolis and Richard Bane (Laura) of Indianapolis.

A memorial service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Deal’s Funeral Directors in Statesboro, Georgia from 3pm-5pm.
