Lucy Anne (Edwards) Parris

Lucy Anne Edwards Parris passed away peacefully on April 6, 2020, after a long battle with breast cancer. She was 59 years old.

It would be wrong to say that Lucy lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Lucy stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Lucy. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.

Lucy is survived by her son Jason Graham, his wife Miranda, her grandchildren Kaylee Sage, Emma Kaylee, Nicholas Hunter, Eva Marie and Lillian Riley, her mother Leila Viola, brother Lee and sister Lisa.

Due to the recent worldwide occurrences dealing with the outbreak of COVID-19, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
